For nearly two decades, Alianza Building Services has provided commercial cleaning and janitorial services to businesses, healthcare facilities, and institutions throughout Montgomery County, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia.
Alianza Building Services is a Certified Maryland Corporation and a Certified Small Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Business that began operations in 2007. The company was founded on the vision of Erika Cabezas, who brings more than 26 years of experience in the custodial and maintenance industry.
Ms. Cabezas established Alianza with a clear purpose. She wanted to build a company that uses techniques and procedures that are safer for people and healthier for the environment. Her approach reflects a long-term commitment to responsible service and sustainable practices.
She believes the decisions we make today shape the environment we leave to future generations. Sustainability is not optional. It is a shared responsibility.
