Alianza has been in the commercial cleaning business since 2007, and our Management team has over 120 years of experience. We are CIMS Certified and clean all buildings to the highest of Green Standards. All products used comply with Green Standard chemicals, as do our procedures. Our team is highly motivated with the goal of providing a service that is second to none. From small to large buildings (Commercial, Government, Medical, Schools, etc.) in excess of 1 million square feet, we strive to deliver a best-in-practice service. At the end of the day, a client has no desire to spend time, money, and effort monitoring their service provider. The question is, is the Service Provider producing a product that is in line with the contract both sides have agreed to? In Alianza’s case, the answer is always an affirmative one.

Every building is different, and therefore, the cleaning needs for each varies. The idea that all schedules are or should be the same is outdated.
